To achieve it, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.
Your role within Advisority:
- Improving the performance of the sales team through effective leadership;
- Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve the company’s targets;
- Managing potential clients from initial identification through to contract closure;
- Strengthening and expanding relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and grow the business;
- Analyzing the market and monitoring competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop relevant market strategies;
- Preparing periodic reports and analyses to track progress and identify potential improvements in the sales process.
What sets you apart:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar position;
- Deep expertise in financial services, tech, insurance and payments industries;
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships;
- Excellent communication and team management skills;
- Strong customer orientation and focus on meeting client needs;
- Results-driven mindset and strong awareness of the business environment;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
