To achieve it, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.
Your role within Advisority:
- Analyse both internal and external business challenges and opportunities and devise effective delivery solutions;
- Assist and coordinate internal team members in developing business cases and contribute to the attainment of overarching program objectives;
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Implement project management methodologies, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of software solutions.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Address challenges and obstacles during the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, reporting on progress, issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Responsible for engaging in the bidding processes.
What sets you apart:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as a Project Manager; previous experience as a Business Analyst is nice to have;
- Proven track record in engineering requirements for large-scale IT solutions as part of scrum teams (working directly with the development team)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (particularly Agile)
- Fluent in spoken and written English, strong professional proficiency level is required.
