Our Recruitment team needs the support of a Junior Recruiter to help within acquisition of talents within the IT area!
- At least 6 months experience within technical recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good knowledge of professional platforms such as LinkedIn, BestJobs, Hipo.ro
- Very good communication skills, both in written and verbal
- High level of attention to details
- Previous experience within cold calling
- Advanced communication of English.
- Understanding the requirements of the listed job openings
- Sourcing candidates matching different technical criterias
- Screening CVs and selecting profiles of matching candidates with different opportunities within the company
- Contacting the candidates and presenting the company and the collaboration conditions
- Scheduling interviews with different hiring managers or recruitment team colleagues
- Giving feedback to the candidates with regards of their recruitment process and keeping the database up to date with the information
- Creating internal CVs based on the candidates’ experience and the job details
