On this very same journey, we are looking for an IT Talent Sourcer to join our team.

Your role within Advisority:

  • Work closely with senior team members and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build an understanding of ideal candidate profiles.
  • Assist in sourcing talent through various channels;
  • Use basic search techniques to identify potential candidates and create initial talent pools for current and future hiring needs;
  • Engage with active candidates and initiate first contact with passive candidates to gauge interest and fit for open positions;
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Data Base and ensure accurate tracking of sourcing activities;
  • Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews, gathering candidate feedback, and communicating with prospects;
  • Assist in developing creative sourcing strategies by researching market trends and new tools or platforms to identify potential talent;
  • Participate in team meetings, share insights on candidate sourcing, and contribute to improving sourcing processes;

  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn from senior team members and adapt to feedback;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized;
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken, with a keen interest in building relationships with potential candidates;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the team in meeting hiring goals;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
