To achieve it, we are looking for a Delivery Manager to join the team.
Your role within Advisority:
- Act as the primary delivery contact for assigned clients;
- Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle;
- Handle escalations, risks and delivery challenges proactively;
- Lead, mentor and support delivery teams;
- Own delivery outcomes across one or multiple engagements;
- Support staffing and team allocation decisions;
- Participate in bids, proposals and contract discussions alongside Business Development Managers and technical teams;
- Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnership development.
What sets you apart:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar position;
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Experience managing complex client delivery engagements in consulting or technology environments;
- People management or team leadership experience;
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting bids or pre-sales activities.
