To achieve it, we are looking for a Delivery Manager to join the team.
Your role within Advisority:
- Oversee and manage the delivery of services and products to customers, ensuring quality and timeliness;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery;
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, tracking progress and updating as needed;
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays;
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements;
- Report on delivery status and escalate issues as needed;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and quality.
What sets you apart:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar position;
- Deep expertise in financial services, tech, insurance and payments industries;
- Proven experience in project management and delivery;
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and best practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
