We started the mission from the headquarters in London, and during this journey, we built teams across Romania.  

To achieve it, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team. 

Your role within Advisority: 

  • Work independently on developing new leads and accounts in the UK;
  • Take a leading role in growing and managing our partnership portfolio;
  • Build and develop strategic relationships with new and existing demand partners;
  • Take full ownership from the beginning to the end the sales or partnership cycle;
  • Support with developing and implementing business development strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue;
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring profitable pricing and terms;
  • Achieve and maintain individual revenue targets to align with business growth objectives.

 What sets you apart: 

  • Good track record of B2B sales experience, ideally in the IT field;
  • Personal flexibility and effective communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Customer-orientated, with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop strong and long-term client relationships;
  • A high level of ownership and accountability, strong problem-solving and organizing skills;
  • Commercial awareness, and consultative selling skills with the ability to anticipate and overcome concerns by positioning value propositions in relation to client needs;
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability and aim to develop your professional network.
