Business Analyst – Bank Credits

To achieve it, we are looking for a  Business Analyst  to join the team. 


Your role within Advisority: 

  • Interpret internal / external business challenges and opportunities and set up solutions to deliver; 
  • Support workstream/product owners with the preparation of business cases and support achievement of the overall program objectives; 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workstream colleagues, product owners, and all senior stakeholders to drive transparency of program workloads, financial, commitments, and expectations; 
  • Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements and test created solutions; 
  • Engage subject matter experts across several different functional and geographical areas in a virtual international team setting. 


 What sets you apart: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst in the field of Bank Credits; 
  • Familiar with processing transactions and their integration with the bank’s host; 
  • Knowledge of payment authorization standards ; 
  • Experience with implementation of IT solutions on systems processing bank credits; 
  • Advanced SQL querying skills (ORACLE, Ms SQL, MySQL); 
  • Experience in integrations with systems based on REST API and AQ/MQ Series; 
  • A strong level of English proficiency, with good communication skills (internal/external); 
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, Agile and/or Waterfall methodology, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab; 
  • Have experience working in distributed, international teams is considered a plus.
