We are looking for a skilled and enthusiast Application Support Engineer to join our team and engage in projects.
You will be part of a highly motivated IT team, will work closely with IT architects, developers, testers and application admins, while keeping a close collaboration with the business lines on the projects.
• Research and determine solutions for the application alerts basedon available procedures;
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers);
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time;
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to make sure their IT systems are entirely functional after troubleshooting;
• Create accurate and timely reports;
• Support by documentary evidence technical knowledge regarding internal procedures.
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or relevant field;
• Problem-solving and strong communicationskills;
• Maintain calm in order to provide step-by-step technical help;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Proficiency in English.
Good to have:
• Experience as an Application Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role;
• Able to analyse and troubleshoot basic technical issues in an ambiguous environment
