To achieve it, we are looking for an Account Manager to join the team.

Your role within Advisority:

  • Maintains effective communication with the clients from the specified portfolio.
  • Consistently creates new opportunities inside the accounts.
  • Identifies the clients’ needs and recommends our services that fit their interests.
  • Solves the clients’ requests and keeps all the parties involved informed.
  • Creates and revises contracts and develops commercial proposals collaborating with all the parties involved.
  • Coordinates a mixed-skilled team of individuals and ensures everyone is fulfilling their role as expected.
  • Monitors all aspects of the teams’ work, including gathering feedback from both sides.
  • Acts as a mediator between the clients and the team members.
  • Develops effective strategies for ensuring the team’s retention, in advice with the People Division.
  • Has knowledge of cross-project activities and identifies opportunities that might arise for the team members, contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Participates in the invoicing process to validate the correctness of the documents required.

What sets you apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Deep expertise in financial services, tech, insurance, and payments industries.
  • Proactive in identifying the client’s needs.
  • Initiative taker, eager to create opportunities for others.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • A deep understanding of the market trends and, specifically, the client’s industry and competition.
  • Proficiency in English, both reading and writing.
